Minutes of the January 14, 2010 Meeting
Present: Mayor Driscoll, Robert Lutts, Raymond Vaillancourt
Thaddeus Buczko and William P. Goreham
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M.
The Brookhouse Home for Women submitted their over the counter medication expense for their large grant. A check for $570.01 will be forwarded from the Endicott Fund.
The Salem Council on Aging submitted their monthly request for medication expense reimbursement. Robert Lutts made a motion to approve $610.94 from the Endicott Fund for this request. The motion was seconded by Raymond Vaillancourt and voted unanimously.
Raymond Vaillancourt made a motion to approve the minutes of the 12/10/09 meeting. The motion was seconded by Thaddeus Buczko and voted unanimously.
Robert Lutts distributed the Eastern Bank first quarter report. Date ending for the report was 9/30/09.
Third quarter large grants were distributed 1/6/10.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
